The broker's average spread is 1 pip except in the Majors 0.6 pips

At Noctorial we are the main interested parties in ensuring that the Spread is as optimal as possible so that the firm's capital is not depleted by commissions, and in this article we seek to shed some light on the matter.

What is the average spread for Noctorial traders?
The average spread is 1 pip above the price provided by the liquidity providers of the brokers Noctorial works with, including banks, mutual funds and prime brokers.
In the case of Forex, the average spread on the Majors (EURUSD...) is 0.6 pips.

What is the Spread?
Spread is the difference between the bid and ask price of a financial asset and is given by the market (liquidity providers and brokers), generally narrower spreads represent a higher level of liquidity.

The Spread in brokers that carry out market operations is dynamic and never fixed, since they depend on demand and supply to fix it.
